Hopefully the defense won't turn into Norte Dame.  A good X & O coach doesn't mean he can teach and develop.

Anyone who has watched Monte at practice will tell you he is HARD CORE. He has the kids do drills OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER until its PERFECT... and then he makes them do it again! -FUNDAMENTALS...what this program has been lacking for some 20 plus years!

   Fundamentals! I figure this team will struggle the first few weeks of practice. It will take them that long to understand the drills. They will not be used to working on th basics. I don't think anyone on this team has practiced fundamentals since high school.

Monte hung the moon and patched the hole in the o-zone, why he`s holding back with that cure for aids is anyones guess. He should be able to produce a D1 #1 denfense in his sleep.
