Rather than continuing to highjack that other thread...here is my response to your question....for the third time.  Pay attention...I am not posting this again.

Hey Colonel:  You never answered my question on another thread.  Maybe you will here.  Did you ever serve in combat ?

I did answer it.  Sorry you missed it.  Maybe if you had paid closer attention.
Gus, I thought the answer that my orders to NAM were rescinded would have been sufficient. I guess I should have known better. No, I never served in combat. So?

As for my MOS, I was commissioned Infantry...cannot remember the MOS number...1541 or 1542 seems like it....that was 30+ years ago  Spent time as a System's Analyst - 2200 .... Assistant Personnel Officer....Was an Asst Adjutant (Asst S1) 2260 at an Army Reserve Command...XO and then Company Commander of a Replacement Detachment...And was a special projects officer for a Field Depot.

So?

(Actually, had you been paying attention, my first response should have been a sufficient answer to your inane question - (http://spsboard.com/SPS/index.php/topic,2199.60.html) )

BTW, did you serve in the military?

In an effort to counter the childish accusations of the idiot you are hoping to defend:  My orders to Viet Nam were rescinded because Richard M Nixon stopped sending troops....not because of anything I did, or my deceased parents did.

Thanks for the answer.  A simple yes or no would have been good.  I have no further responses.
