Wrong.
Retrials cannot be granted on the basis of Baumgartner being under the influence of medication.small chance of retrials for these evil savages. the appeals have to find specific examples of legally incorrect judgements/decisions during the trials on the part of Baumgartner, of which i am told there are none. despite his condition, his calls during these trials were legally sound.
personally, i figure the man needed the extra meds to get him thru the horror of these trials.
Plumber, i don't doubt your info - just doesn't make sense that Boyd was going to the trouble of working on occasion at the Day Labor - unless it was a strategy to put on a facade and Boyd doesn't look that bright.
i'm sure the "NFL" is a frightening bunch, but you speak of them as if they are the Corleones. when i heard all this talk about the chipman street bunch being afraid of Boyd, i assumed he was an important member of some national group like the crips or bloods. then again, i am (gratefully) not all that familiar with these groups and how much weight they carry on the streets of knoxville.
