"Plumber's evil and he has killed it.  "That poster has run so many of those good posters (Basilio fawners from the dumbest caller-base in America) off."

Looks as if SPS is humming right along like Ed Orgeron to me.

Gee, Low-class Basilio had better be careful about using RJ's name on the radio--numerous times today.  I knew Stat boy was a great web-site owner and espn star, but I had no idea he was a star on Pay Review telecasts, too.  Is there anything the babysitter cannot or will not do?    RJ

Good job to PlumberVol and all of those who volunteer their independent contributions!!

BTW, all double chins are welcome!!

"USC is an extremely powerful place."--Skippy Kiffin

"Basilio hitched his wagon to these ultra negative callers and that is why his shows don't do that well."--Ron

DANGERVOL summed [Basilio] up:
"The greatest quote in Knoxville radio history [was] when Kiffin was hired.  Hyams was interviewing Pete Carroll - Basilio was talking to W. Lynn and Small Mike. Absolutely classic!"

Just a little reflection & contrast.  I did enjoy that.

I turned Low-class Basilio's show off yesterday after about 20 total minutes of that whining.

Sounded like he was trying incite the his 1180 Jethro Element against Lane and Crompton with his usual red-meat hatred & division for the chronics?

Is that what happened?

I still don't know how a radio entertainer can evaluate a football program and do a radio show 15 hours or more a week without actually attending UT football games?

Toothless Athenian Lite,

You are a stupid fool.  Go cuss yourself in the mirror.

I listen to bits and pieces as a public service to UT and he has indeed changed my buying habits at some of his sponsors.  Change is good sometimes and I found that I wasn't as loyal as I used to be.

Did he mention one of his former remote customers, Dean-Stallings Ford, today?:

TD444 had this sad little snapshot of Low-class Basilio on another thread.  The same people Low-class Basilio has demonized over the years will be the same people he meets going down.:

"I gave up on Basilio during last season's basketball.  I had listened to him for his entire time in Knoxville until then.  It got to the point where it was sickening listening to him bash that bb team.  One particular show i heard him use the word "stink" at least 50 times in describing the team, the players and the coaches, and then turn around and act like he was Tony Jones best friend every Monday when T.J. would show loyalty to Basilio's radio show by calling in.  The level of two faceness Basilio showed was disgusting, especially when he tries to come off as a wholesome Christian family man, and then blasts those college kids like they were playing pro ball.   Not that it matters much to him i'm sure, but that was enough for me.  I like winning as much as the next guy, but i can only take listening to someone use the word "stink" so many times because they didn't play as well as someone thought they should."

Why should I cuss myself in the mirror when I have low class trash like you to cuss? You devote more time to Tonys show than he does. You post relentlessly about his show...over & over & over & over. I couldn't listen to his show if I wanted to as I don't even live in his coverage area. However, the azz whippin he gave you must of really left a mark, huh?

So, you are saying the azz whippin didn't leave a mark? Hell, it's been posted on here several times. It must be hard to not only be an old, broken down candy azz but a four eyes as well. Or are you gonna deny that you wear coke bottles?

He's not ready to bash Lane just yet. But he spent way too much time bashing Crompton.

TALite,

I am just saying you are a stupid fool and a liar, too.

It must be hard to have your old, hard, and broken-down liver.  Sober up.

I guess you are busy digging through the trash looking for E-man's medical reports while he is in the hospital so you can stick them on the internet WITHOUT have the decency to ask him first?
