I guess most of the Vol Nation is ready to throw up the  and get on to BB season. I am looking forward to this season, but I intend to enjoy football no matter what the Whiner Nation demands.

It has to be close, some time in mid October? I wonder if the program plans any tip off events?

I think it starts the 16th. I am always ready for BB season but there is waaaay to much football to wish away the season. I look forward to football season to much to allow it to slip away. Hell, UT has sucked for so long whats a few more years.

I hate to admit this but I owe Bama fans a huge apology. They are certainly not the dumbest fan base nor do they have the most unrealistic expectations. I can't help but laugh at the so called Vol fans that were actually expecting "more" at this point in Kiffins tenure. Last years team was 5-7 but should of been 6-6. I was predicting 7 wins and still hold out hope for that. Lots of football still to be played and I am going to enjoy it if it hairlips Fulmer.

7-5 would be a great season IMO, more likely 6-6.

As for men's BB we are going to put a team on the court that only needs decent PG play to be a top 10 team. Negedu's loss will hurt us at the PF position but I bet we get a Kenny Hall
coached up and ready to fill that slot.

As for PG I wish we knew something about Tabb's status. I think Goins will give us some help at the PG position and he seems to be the pressing guard that can make the Pearl system click..

I look forward to the end of this fall social event that is becomming less popular by the day. After a record 4-8 season, getting to THE only program will be welcome.
