Knowledge - it looks like we are just going to have to disagree (vehemently). Anyway, were you involved in the arson of a Time Out Deli a number of years back? I think the arsonist(s) got sent up the river in federal court.
With regard to the OJ trial, the most important part was the jury selection in my opinion. You can bet that hundreds maybe thousands of hours were spent determining precisely what jury should be deciding the case.

1 out of 12 based their vote on race, well 3 out 12 said they based their vote on a bad collection, handling, and processing of forensics. Hell 4 jurors tossed anything the detective said based on his use of the word ni@@er

OJ was guilty as sin and everyone knew it. However, the prosecution did a p*ss poor job of presenting its case and all OJ's team had to do was raise "reasonable doubt" which they did. IMO, Marcia Cross and Darden spent more time reading their press clippings than prepping the case. Letting the defendent handle the evidence was a freaking rookie mistake. They got their a**es handed to them and it was deserved. If the black lady from Knox County DA's office had argued that case they'd have been strapping OJ to the gurney as he left the courtroom and it wouldn't have mattered if he had Clarence Darrow on his side.
