BTX comes to mind.  He's posting mainly on a TN forum, reading lowlifes like bama fever rile up the Tenn sheep.  Fever won't be totally happy until Roy Adams passes and in the meantime is being a complete crimson tool bag.  Of course sky is lapping it up firing back at every turn.

Classy bama fan must be loving life.

The Alabama fans certainly have every right to be excited at this time.  Being undefeated and playing for it all is something to be proud of.  I would expect Bama fans to turn out big time in the BCS Championship Game.

Southern California is beautiful in January.  Best of luck ! ! !

SPS has always been an open board for fans of all schools. The reality is that the interaction revolves around Orange colored glasses    from folks that support all schools.

It is a bit embarrassing to have been concerned with the human problem all one's life and find at the end that one has no more to offer by way of advice than "try to be a little kinder".

I would think that the  /UTFootball/ talkers would have more fun now than a "classy" fan.

I'm not sure what most consider "classy" around here. Rudyard Kipling said that class "can walk with kings and keep its virtue and talk with crowds and keep the common touch."

I'm not into conspiracy theories (as some cling to) and I'm not one to personally attack someone or to wish harm on opponents. I'll call a  all day, but only if deserving.

It has been quite a while since it was fun being a Bama fan. Our fans have gone through the worst period in Bama football history (at least in my eyes) and have perservered despite the problems. We have been the butt of jokes and ridicule, but suddenly, the focus is on others. I'm hoping for a run unlike one not seen since the 70's. Growing up in the 70's, I really thought that Bama never lost. Not trying to live in the past, I just want to see the program back on top where it has traditionally reigned in the SEC.

MEMO to the Tide Nation:

You all know that I like chatting with you on this board, and I want to extend a heart-felt congratulations on an undefeated season (thus far). And you will never admit it, but I know you are taking extreme pleasure in the short-comings of all of the rest of us who once laughed at you, and I am down with that as well. Now, we have about a month or so, to go before the hill-billy invasion out on the west coast, so let me do my part, and remind you that the Longhorns have ALOT more prep time to get ready for you, so stay humble. And make sure to take LOTS of money when you go. 30$ martinis at the Beverly Hills Hotel will burn a hole in your pocket faster than #22 can run down the sidelines! Most of you are not used to that much sun out there, so wear lots of SPF. And whatever you do, don't rile-up LA's finest by jay-walking across Wilshire Blvd. (I learned that the hard way! ) The only other thing else I can offer to you is luck. You see, Mackie B is my 2nd cous, so I am going to have to 'keep it in the family' as they say on the 7th, and say

HOOK EM' HORNS!!!!

(ps) And forget about going to SKYBAR while you are out there/ If I'm not gittin' in, neither are YOU!!!

Noted...

One of the worst weeks of my life was spent in the Beverly Hills Hilton while in LA on business. I absolutely hate LA. So many things wrong with that cess pool. Very odd to see $100,000 cars on one street (Whilshire or N. Beverly) then turn the corner onto Santa Monica and see homeless people by the dozens. I actually saw an older man urinate in broad daylight on the sidewalk indifferent to those around him. Sad.

I'm not making the trip, but thanks for the advice and sorry to hear about your kin.
