Lance Thompson the new DC for Louisville. Seems like the worlds greatest coaching staff sorta farted and fell. I am surprised no one is talking about this. I guess because it's basketball season and UT is a basketball school so nobody cares. Since Monte doesn't care much for Coach O it appears coach O will be the next to fly the coup.

I love the Internet.  I don't like certain people I work with that doesn't mean they have to go.  Please.  I don't know if I believe that anyway.  Monte and O had a relationship before this season.  No one can deny that Coach O is a good line coach and great recruiter.  If he leaves it will be like all the other guys because of moving up in coaching or more money.

Lance Thompson would be a huge loss. He has been the Administrative and organizational leader of the defense under Monte. It is fair to say he has been Monty's Handler!

He is also the lead recruiter in the ATL & state of GA.
