I thought Lance (can't keep it in his pants) went to UT because he wanted to work with Monty.I guess it's really all about the "Benjamins".I guess the dream team is down to the  now.Maybe Lame is hard to get along with.

IMO it is in UT's best interest to keep Chaney and Thompson on staff for the future.......... Just in case, those 2 could be the staff of the future if everything blows up...
