Props to Bama.  What they've accomplished since the most recent probation is remarkable.  I've said before, there is a difference in attitude that Bama players have that allows them to compete at a higher level than they should.  It's more about playing for the school/program than about themselves.  I don't have to like it, but I can admire it.

While I'm being a Bama sheep, I challenge all the naysayers to research and document which years Bama fans claim titles and tell us why they are invalid.  Don't give me the "obscure named championships" reason.  There wasn't an AP until, what, the 50's, to make the title "Real".  Go back and investigate the actual results and tell us why Bama claiming a title is absurd.

There is one that even I dont understand Link (we have a few more that are MUCH more legit) it was in the 40s (thinking 41) Hell, Bama didnt even win the league that year and lost 2 games.

Wow, Link props to you for being objective and recognizing what has transpired over time and recently in Tuscaloosa under Saban. I have long made the argument that the 12 NC's that we claim seems reasonable given that the NCAA's on website lists Alabama with 17 NC's. I've linked that numerous times, but for whatever reason no one ever seems to acknowledge it.
