Big doings in Memphis tonight (from what I have read) in the UFC world.  Apparently Diego (Nightmare) Sanchez is a little wimp.  He takes and partly credits Yoga for his comeback.:

I went to my Yoga class yesterday and of course I had to ask the class of middle-aged ladies (typical) whether any of them were Orange Pride Vol Hostesses in their days.  Dang if the Yoga instructor didn't pipe up and say she was a Vol Hostess (I assume back in the seventies.)  She knew I would give her a hard time and she quickly said, "I don't know what they are doing over there now."  

Another Yoga instructor of mine teaches Yoga to the Knoxville Ice Bears.  She said she knows nothing about ice hockey, but she said it has been interesting to teach Yoga to the Ice Bears.  Said they goofed around at first, but admittede they were sore for a couple of days after their first class.  She said one guy was pretty big and much more flexible than the others.  She asked what position he played and he answered, "Goalie."  She said those guys were really tight and noticed when they sat on the floor and tried to cross their legs, their knees remained up in the air instead of dropping to the sides.   

Yoga, it is what is for flexibility--especially if you have joint aches and as Dr. Bob Arnot calls it, "Stiff man syndrome".

Lots of athetes, old and young, are doing Yoga to work on flexibility and prevent joint and muscle injuries.

Yoga? LMAO! I guess I now know you not only can't move cause of stiffness but you are an attention whore too.

they teach Yoga right around the corner from you as part of PE class & Sequoyah Elementary -

maybe you could help out Ms. Carmichael ???
