Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century and its projected continuation.

I keep asking but none of you numbnuts can define GLOBAL!

If you try really, really hard to remain utterly ignorant about the science of so-called global warming, I suppose it's possible to believe that the science predicts a slight warming of the earth, a degree or two each couple of decades and that this will occur gradually, hardly noticeable by local populations and more or less equally among all areas of the earth.  But if you read ANYTHING that is published by ANY scientist who studies the phenomenon, a person would know that these record cold snaps, snows where it hasn't snowed before, increase numbers of extreme and unpredictable weather, etc. are EXACTLY WHAT THE THEORY PREDICTS.  It's one reason why the alarm bells are ringing among the scientists - that is the localized effects of what is a slight global warming can be severe and devastating, massive swings in temperatures, making currently mild climates into deserts, causing massive dislocations and food shortages within countries, although in other countries probably an improvement of the local climate.  

Why do you all think people are worried?  Do you think it's because Miami will be 2 degrees warmer in 75 years?  My goodness, the worry is, for example, that ending the flow of warm water along the coasts of europe will lead to southern Europe suffer temperature DROPS that will put its weather on par with Nova Scotia, Maine, etc.  Parts of the world with thriving agriculture will have none, other parts with none will have ideal temperatures.  The point is the overall effect is a SLIGHT warming, but the local effects are predicted to be severe, obviously in both directions.  Much warmer and devastatingly so in some areas, much, much colder in others.

Well, considering this has NOTHING to do with terrorism, I see no reason to remind people that you and your ilk are BED-WETTING COWARDS......it does, however, have much to do with the fact that inn addition to you being BED-WETTING COWARDS when it comes to terrorism, you also appear to hate the earth.
