and FL shows himself to be a fool once again....We are not destroying the environment....some people do many heinous things, but the people who are saying they are fighting for the environment are just as guilty and selfish as anyone else, and really for the most part more so. YOU claim people have no regard because they do not buy into the fear-mongering and hysteria preached by your religion...however just because we are not falling in line with your loony-ness does not mean we do not take care of our own, take care of our home, and clean up after ourselves.... I have seen more waste and destruction from the so called "enlightened" liberals than I care to mention here....no regard for the destruction and vile filth their miserable lives produce....and their solution point the finger at others and say THEY need to clean up their act.

In the end it's not really about the facts or the science, it's all about the blame game...and how else can you make people pay (especially others) if you do not first cast the stinky finger of blame. Many people have guilt issues, and the solution to easing that guilt for their own wasteful and vile lives is to say they helped, even if only by making others pay.

FL when you say you have apathy for the millions of human babies killed by abortion then we might believe you actually care anything about any life but your own, until then do not even dream of talking about people not caring about or destroying anything.

Not sure what "hypocrisy" you're referring to, but I'm all for NOT subsidizing enemies in the ME and heavily subsidizing energy sources like nuclear.  And given the option of dealing with nuclear waste or lopping off mountains in destitute towns in W. Va and destroying thousands of miles of rivers and streams and obliterating an environment forever, turning it into a moonscape, I'll pick deal with nuclear waste. 

I'm not sure why free market capitalists don't recognize the MASSIVE subsidies we provide oil. Or for that matter, the massive subsidy we provide annually to car travel.  Does JW think those roads are built with private money?  Do we pay a toll here in TN for access to a world class highway system and with nearly every mile of every road anyone on here will drive on today paved with taxpayer money, aka a massive annual public subsidy.  But if someone suggests subsidizing rail, OH MY GOshitHHH!!!! Rail transportation must stand on its OWN!!!!!  No public subsidy, unlike the hundreds of $billions to subsidize autos and trucks and JWs ability to get in that big old car and drive for days on a gubment pothole free road.....

Really, I tried the other night to think of a single "signature" conservative issue that wasn't dependent on holding two contradictory thoughts in ones head at once and believing them both, and outside of some social issues, came up empty.

and IF you are presuming that the data from the other two groups responsible for the remainder of the KNOWN PUBLISHED data used by EVERY global warming theorist (NASA and NCDC) too bad for you those "separate and independent" groups all three of them relied heavily on the SAME archive of data to come to their conclusions, data that we know now was manipulated and not trustworthy. The organizations, though supposedly separate and independent, were indeed all interdependant with one another, many of the same scientists also did work for all three.
 Now it seems YOU agree that there is indeed a possibility of "financial" incentive in this data, but you make a sad pathetic little foolish mistake, you arbitrarily assume that all the data against MMGW is provided by people working for the big evil greedy corporations who would benefit from the "status quo" Number one the OIL COMPANIES happen to be making BIG profits from GLOBAL WARMING....they actually support the ALARMISTS and not (or as well as) the skeptics.
