I went to a graduation party yesterday that the food provided was by Steamboat. They provided all the extras to go with the long party box sandwiches. They ran out and the host had to go to Firehouse Subs to fill in..... Steamboat blew them out of the water.

I have been stopping by and eating on the Red Beans and Rice. It is killing my diabetes but damn it is good!! Extra Metformin and running for me...

Just a reminder that Steamboat has a location @
Steamboat Sandwiches, 2307 W. Emory Road Powel TN

They may be impacted by the TDOT plans to realign and widen Emory Road in Powell in a project set to start in early 2011.

Friday Carol brought home a  Chicken Salad Strawberry Spinach Salad from the Steamboat and it was great. I did not know they had such a creature.
