Saying the IPCC has an agenda to prove global warming is a stretch.

You need to go to the link NCVol provided in another post regarding the IPCC. Look at some of the info and the bios from the site. In my brief time there, I saw the following words:

-politicized
-ideology
-partisan
-misrepresenting

One of the top scientists said the following: "The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment." Of course, he had to issue a follow up to that statement and say the standard comeback that he was "taken out of context".

Sorry FL, but I can find a scientific piece to counter every one you provide. If CO2 is repsonsible, then we should see higher temps. Much, much higher. It shouldn't be tenths of a degree. If CO2 levels are prompting global warming as you believe, then with these increases we should see significantly higher temps. In fact we are not seeing that, and we are seeing polar ice return to high levels. In fact, when you start really investigating how global temps were measured and are measured you start to see where everything is on the brink of collapse for MMGW proponents.

We know man puts CO2 into the atmosphere. What we don't KNOW is how much there was 800k years ago. Regardless of what your info says. There is absolutely no way to measure global temps or CO2 levels from 100 years ago, much less 1,000, or 800k. There are some methods to estimate, but not on global levels, and the methods are not setlled.  What is amazing is you will read, "Current CO2 levels are the highest in 15 million years," and that doesn't even strike your radar. That makes you come across as a MMGW religious minion. How and the heck can you read statements like that and just blindly accept it as truth? It doesn't stand up to the most simple logic.
