Looks like the bowing down and playing nice foreign policy strategy does not work with the Islamoterrorist Klingons.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Quote

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Monday that the United States believed Iran's Revolutionary Guards were driving the country towards military dictatorship and should be targeted in any new U.N. sanctions.

"We don't take her comments seriously," Ahmadinejad told a televised news conference, adding that the entire Iranian population of more than 70 million were protecting Iran's independence and its Islamic revolution.

Why do you feel the need to SCREAM at everyone on virtually every post you make? When you SCREAM all the time, it diminishes whatever point you wish to make, valid or not.

Who cares what Ahmadinejad thinks? He leads a country where women are routinely denied basic rights and are treated like second-class citizens. Do you honestly think he respects any woman, regardless of her nationality or political leaning?

What would you suggest? Should Hillary be replaced with a man simply because an Iranian despot doesn't respect women? If we replaced Hillary, wouldn't that reinforce his behavior and make the US look weak?

Once again, your ignorance is appalling.

Please stop screaming on every post. Your act is getting old.

I could care less about their reverence. I want their  fear. If you are an advocate of the bowing down school of foreign policy I can see how this is an appealing notion. On this particular issue "reverence" is irrelevant to me.   Like the Klingon example used above they [the Islamofascist] detest weakness and timidity and they fear strength. If I have them fearing me I have won half the battle without making even a single move.

First, if you want to speak English correctly, it's not "I could care less" to express your disdain or indifference. It's "I could not care less" meaning it's not possible for you to be any more apathetic, insouciant, or uninterested. When you say you "could care less" it implies you still have some degree of concern, which judging from your post, was not your intent.

Second, as roust aptly points out, the Iranians neither feared nor respected George W Bush. Your cowboy rhetoric sounds real manly. But all it did was get us into a useless war that has cost nearly $1 TRILLION; over 4000 US soldiers' lives; tens of thousands of injuries; the respect of the free world; and a weakening of our military. Iran has exploited the inane decision to invade Iraq, knowing full well the US can do nothing to stop their nuclear ambitions as long as our military is bogged down in two wars and the US economy is wrecked from years of "trickle down" Reagan vodoo economics.

Iranians do not fear you, nor your neocon buddies, whose bark is far more than your bite.
