Nor do I think al-Quada suddenly came up with the idea and the financial means to fly planes into buildings during the first 8 months of Bush.

But, as you have said, it happened under President _________'s watch. 

Iran has had free reign to do whatever the hell they wanted since 2003 because they knew the US was powerless to stop them. When your military is bogged down fighting two wars, macho talk is all you have left.

Wow, talk about having a lack of knowledge regarding military strategy. Let me run these by you:

-I wonder if having the world's strongest military right next door served as any kind of deterent to Iran's leaders?
-I wonder if seeing a leader from your neighboring country, who believes a lot like you do, swinging from a gallows caused any second thoughts?
-I wonder if our intel has improved and if we have gained a better understanding of what is actually going on in Iran since we are camped out right next door?
-I wonder if any covert operations have occurred in Iran since 2003?

Iran has had free reign to do whatever they want? Somehow I think the US and Israeli military would say otherwise.
