When the GOP EVER attempts to pass legislation or actually do something to help blacks escape the vicious cycle of poverty, lack of education, few jobs, etc. then get back to me.

Can you cite examples of legislation that the GOP has attempted to pass that actually keeps blacks in poverty, uneducated, and wanting for a job? Throwing a few dollars around and always claiming that you are a victim does nothing but keep you on the plantation.

You are the party of rich, WHITE men.

You are the perfect snake-oil salesman. You spout this nonsense without looking at facts. I grew up in an area that was full of rednecks and blue collars. Guess which party they voted against in overwhelming margins? And it had nothing to do with race. Guess which party hedge fund managers and Goldman Sachs-types vote for? (see Madoff, Stanford, etc.) Which way does the fantasy world of Hollywood vote for?

Your blanket statements are the perfect example of selling HOPE and actually delivering CONTINUED poverty. Imagine how much better the black community would be if striving for success was looked at as positive instead of being labeled as an "Uncle Tom".

AMAZING!!! The dems keep doing the same things, and they keep getting the same results. Not surprisingly, black leaders are questioning Obama's lack of leadership when it comes to black issues. I guess they thought their plight would suddenly CHANGE because they bought the HOPE that Obama promised. But in the end, most of what happens to you today is the RESULT of choices you made in the past. And no politician is going to change that.
