Bush removed a thug dictator from Iraq ... Iraq, a country that posed no threat to anyone, much less a "third super power." In the meantime, while we were busy policing a civil war in Iraq and fighting terrorists in Afghanistan, Iran became more powerful than ever.

Bush will be looked upon by history books as the buffoon he was.

Knowledge do you really know how ignorant and uninformed that statment is? The numbers do not show that, most of the people on "welfare" are legally disabled aqnd handicapped. I remember discussing the poverty level and how many services are based on these statistics. I told the story of a family of 6 children and 2 adult parents who were well under the poverty level who worked 4 jobs between themselves and still was eligible to live in Public Housing in the units on Middlebrook Pike. I used them as an example of how putting one on welfare while sending her to school would save the taxpayers money in the long run. Brockytop offered to meet upo with them and give them some money  /SPS?

The mother was of Cherokee descent from Oklahoma. She was a CNA and had a hs diploma and some college. That tells me she has been on the public dole and her family for generations.  /JC/

KNOWLEDGE:
Welfare is for the disabled but should that keep someone from pushing their children from getting an education and bettering themselves?  Don't tell me the majority are disabled though.   It's just not true.

It's much easier for liberals to always blame the people who actually are working, adding something to society, and making something of themselves.    Why not set that as a goal for the welfare families instead of making them the enemy?   This country was built upon giving everyone an opportunity to better themselves, not taking more and more from those who took advantage of that opportunity and giving it to those who won't.

You go to Isabella Towers and Cagle terrace nearly all the tenants were displaced from Eastern State. Love towers is filled with Military disabled. Even in the family units at Walter B Taylor and Western Heights the main tenant in a household is disabled and the family are riders.

Some of the disabilities piss me off, Adderal babies and addiction but they are disabled under federal guidelines. That is a FACT!!!

I was talking to a guy who works for me. He has family that are firemen here in Knoxville and one of them is a famous Fisherman. He can't get around his family because of this discussion. You people talk out your  ass and you really don't know what you are talking about....
