I know UT baseball is not a revenue sport and there is only a small amount of interest. But they are in the midst of remodeling the stadium and the team is not very good. It seems like we've seen the same story play out the last few years. Some of these recent losses should be unacceptable, they would be in football and basketball. So are Raleigh's days numbered at UT?

Mike Hamilton compared him to Bruce Pearl when he hired him. A few years later, I still don't see that. He doesn't say or do anything that excites me or the average fan. Why would they keep this guy around past this season?

Hopefully, Fulmer will fire him as his first official act as the new UT Athletic Director. Untill Hammy is dealt with I really don't care what else is going on in the UTAD. The baseball fiasco is not Ralieghs fault its Hammys. Same with football...it's all on Hammy and the sooner he gets run out of town the better for all UT fans.

So far, Hamilton is 1 for 3 (with the jury still out on Dooley) in hiring coaches in the big three sports.     When considering that and:

--no championships in the 3 major sports under Hamilton's tenure
--the terrible contracts he has stuck UT with in firing and losing coaches
--the loss of ticket revenue in football

It's very hard to figure out why Hamilton still has this job.

who is the 1??? As I have explained many times, Buzz was retained by Hammy. He let Buzz know and the next day called Charlie Anderson and Haslem to let them know. That is when Haslem fired Buzz and told Hammy to call Ernie for a basketball coach. Ernie gave them Pearl and talked Pearl into coming here. Hammy is 0-3.

He's building or remodeling some nice facilities.

With regards to Lindsey Nelson Stadium, I guess Hamilton is figuring, "If you remodel it, they will come."

3 major sports?  Don't you think its a reach to call college baseball a major sport?  And I think UT men's basketball has a SEC championship.

No debating point #2.  The contracts have been a major screw up.

I don't see ticket revenue in football being totally Hamilton's fault.  Several factors have led to the decline in football attendence.  There is no doubt the Titans have led to an erosion of UT's mid-state fanbase.  That will continue to have a negative effect over time.
