Awesome game.  Classy comments by Coach Cal afterwards.  Its hard to believe UK went 6 long years without winning the SEC tourney.  Cal got it done in year one.

With an incredible assist to the men in strips. When is something going to be done about the B/S? Feel sorry of the Miss State players that basically got raped and ripped.

I just don't understand how UK can keep on winning these games...you figure midway through the season we would have ran out of money to pay the refs. (this is a joke UT fans)

Give me a freekin break...UK beat a really good Miss. State team and no it wasn't because the refs are taking KY payoffs.

Kentucky won because we have the biggest will to win over anyteam in the nation.  Kentucky should have had several losses this season but when it is tight and the game is on the line, UK finds a way to win.

The refs let them play tough down low.  Fouls could have been called on both ends of the court that weren't called.

In the end it came down to playmakers and Kentucky has better playmakers than MSU

UK is the most physical team I've seen in the SEC in a long time. With that said the refs seem very inconsistent in the way they call UK games in regards to fouls. UK beats the shiat out of every team they play and yet never seem to have any players in foul trouble.

Don't get me wrong. I'm waiving the UT banner first in the NCAA but UT doesn't have "it" to make a run. As far as the SEC banner, UK is going to be tough to deal with. They remind me of the Georgetown teams of the early '80's.

To me it is all about Walls, he is going to feel contact in the NCAA and he better get use to it. Those ticky tack foul calls he was getting will not be called. Can he shake it off and play through the contact is the question?

I agree with that statement to an certain extent.  For example.  If it comes down to UK and Kansas.  Wall vs. Collins, I think you make an excellent point.  Collins to me is physical, gutty and savy.  Ohio St.  Evan Turner is the same and a great scorer on his own as well.  WVU, Georgetown all have great experienced, physicial backcourt scorers.  Going to be not only excellent guard play but UK's inside presence will be just as important.

The UK team will NOT get the calls they are used to from SEC refs.  I'm predicting they will lose in the round of 16.

They do not need any help of the refs calling the game.  IMO, UK will make a strong run for the NCAA championship.   They have pulled out most close games this year.  They have only lost to 2 home games of USC and UT.  Now the games are played on an unbiased courts.  UK will have there way.

Obviously not. Certainly didn't need them to call a blatant John Wall lane violation to steal the SEC title like a thief in the night.

Tainted.
