Hey stupid....the SENATE BILL...if the deem and pass is used...STILL has to be signed by the President before the amendments take place...then the amendments as passed by the House have to be passed by the Senate...you are dumber than a truck load of hammers!  God help anyone who uses you as their attorney...if you REALLY did pass law school.  Based on your posts....I ain't too sure that you did!

BSF, the republicans and democrats have done this procedure MANY times, as you probably know, or should learn, if you're going to comment as a legal expert. 

If you want to argue about the wisdom of doing it - whether it SHOULD be done or not - that's a legitimate argument.  But it's dishonest or ignorant to claim that a procedure used hundreds of times by the GOP is unconstitutional simply because the procedure is being used by the democrats to pass something that you don't like.

You are 100% wrong...the House will not be voting on the Senate bill but the reconciliation bill which is NOT the bill passed by the Senate so the law is VIOLATED and Congress has committed treason!
