When he was at UT he used numerous violation of NCAA rules as an opprotunity to get our name out there to garner national publicity to get UT some needed pop to assist his quest to rebuild TN         

Now he is at USC and understands that this school also needs national publicity and pop, thus the publicity stunt to determine if he is the sexiest bitch in America

The NCAA is investigating USC, so he does not need to publicise violations they are getting that much needed national pop.

On a serious note do you think some UT  did this as a backhanded slap? I bet he spins that into some pub that helps him in LA.
