Discipline seems to to be a discretionary term. Players on the team now say the standards are higher than they have been the last 3-4 years. The two birds on the radio said Fulmer told them that things had changed 3 years ago and that the 1998 NC team members would not have been able to stand up to the standards now expected by the AD. An ex member of the team told me that the DD standards are much higher than they were under both Kiffin and Fulmer. Some of the stories coming out from the Kiffin regime seem to show a mixed bag and different standards and a different direction.

I don't think its like Aaron Douglas suddenly woke up and felt like ditching UT for a school he liked more.  The dude seems like he has other stuff going on right now that he needs to deal with.  Dooley's 8 hour thing is dumb.
