I had an opprotunity to buy in on the ground level of a development out on Northshore when it was nothing more than flags in a field The association has already restricted the rules so much that I passed. Besides building and various other restrictions the Club House had very expensive upkeep charges. Bobby Toole basically developed the area and neither he or his attorney believed they could live there due to how they lived
I know I could not cut the mustard. I have not looked but I bet the forclosure rate in the subdivision is off the charts........
