NFL needs to start suspending headhunters

There were at least 4 plays in the NFL this week where DB's launched themselves and wiped out a defenseless receiver. All receivers were knocked out of the game. Two of these hits were very blatant, the one against Jackson of the Eagles and Heape of the Ravens. Fining these players is not doing the trick. They pay their small fine, still make the highlight reel, and they're back for another big hit. Sit them for a game or two, bet that will eliminate many of these hits.
