Let the good times roll and the corks pop at the Whitehouse. CELEBRATE Good Times COME ON!!! Looks like Axelrod has his fabricated story to fit the liberal sterotype and he has successfully spoon fed it to the always anxious yellow publication The Politico. The Whitehouse has got to be pumped this rot is going to fly.  This is what happens when you think for yourself and don't follow the Party line. You get crushed by their oh so willing sycophant liberal myrmidons in the media in the end. Just ask Clarence Thomas. They will crush you and destroy you reputation.

During Herman Cain’s tenure as the head of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s, at least two female employees complained to colleagues and senior association officials about inappropriate behavior by Cain, ultimately leaving their jobs at the trade group, multiple sources confirm to POLITICO.

The women complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Cain that made them angry and uncomfortable, the sources said, and they signed agreements with the restaurant group that gave them financial payouts to leave the association. The agreements also included language that bars the women from talking about their departures.

Kind of funny to call the Politico "liberal."  It's an establishment paper, funded by ads from lobbying groups and distributed inside the beltway to the power brokers.  Nothing "liberal" about them - just pawns of the D.C. power structure, which makes them the perfect outlet for a story that tanks an upstart like Cain. 

The other funny part is calling it a "National Enquirer like story."  If so, that's bad news for Cain, since the Enquirer is (at least in the last decade) pretty solid on stories like this - I believe they broke Rush's pain killer addiction, the problems of Tiger Woods, Edward's affair, and others.

It is indicative of just how far out of the mainstream your world view happens to be. Somebody like you thinks Mother Jones is to the right and the old Pravda is right down the middle. Yeah, those dang liberals at Politico....  Sheesh, they're as establishment as it gets.  If you're in power and want to "leak" something to the press, you go to politico.  The story has all the markings of a hand off from somebody's opposition research and my money is from a republican operative.  At nearly the same time, the press gets their hands on the financial documents of a Cain benefactor "charity" that illegally funded his campaign.  Now who do you think is most likely to have copies of financial statements from a Koch sponsored entity?  I bet it was Bernie Sanders' people - they've got deep connections into right wing political consulting and fundraising.....
