Man.  UT can't pay a coach more than Washington to keep him.  What the heck is Dooley doing and why did Jay Graham walk into this mess?  Can Dooley hire a decent assistant to replace them?

Jay Graham has a multi-year contract. He will be here long after Dooley has been fired.
