I guess that Southern Football redneck apeal does not play with the sophistication of other geographies.

I seriously doubt any Bama fan cares how many people watched the game. I would love to trade places with them, poor ratings or not. They deserve to celebrate and I'm sure no Tide fan's joy is dampened by the ratings. They were clearly the best team in college football this year and my hats off to them. They earned the title.

I watched Nick Saban and the 2011 Alabama Crimson Tide team lift a crystal football last night. Not one f&#k was given by me concerning the amount of viewers. If I had a room full of extra f&#ks to give, none would have been given.

Now, what were you doing last night? Watching the balls drop from Fat's crotch?  How's that appeal to your particular geography?

BTX,
Davagina has definitely got the Bama envy. Long gone is that period of '97 to '99 when his coach and team were relevant. They still have their dusty decade of douche dvds to fap to.

Great win by Bama last night.  Probably the most dominating defensive performance in the history of the game.

I wish they could have played Oklahoma State, Stanford, or Oregon last night and had the opportunity to shut them down also.  That defense would destroy any team.

Today Walt Deptula was spewing all over the radio that the only reason the SEC defenses appear good is because all teams in the conference have bad offenses.  Also said 4 or 5 teams with good offenses would have carved up the SEC defenses in the game last night and won the game.  He used Kellen Moore of Boise State carving up Georgia as an example.  He is on a station that is an ACC homer to Clemson.

Okie lite ,Potatoe state, and Donald Duck U only have themselves to blame.

I would've loved for Bama to have gotten their mitts on the likes of these pretenders. Maybe next year.

It also makes a difference that it was on ESPN and not a major network.   That plays into the ratings....
