Lance is not a coach. He is a recruiter. DD knew that he was just as likely to go off on some chick or have to bailed out of jail under the Majors Rule than he would be to out scheme people. He is an alcoholic, wife kicked him out for cheating and kids want nothing to do with him. Sad case really. This maybe the best thing DD has done by not promoting him.

I could care less about this subject, but he was at every swim meet last summer watching his daughter.
