48-6 over all and 28-4 in the SEC. 2 SEC titles and 2 National Titles. Still using many of Shula's NFL recruits. At a school with 7 National Titles prior.
1 losing season in 6

Phil Fulmer's best run
45-5   29-3 in the SEC. 2 SEC Titles and 1 National Title. At a school with 1 National Title prior.
2 losing seasons in 16

I miss those days and many many others are starting to get it.

Saban has only been @ Bama 5 years and already won 2 BCS championships. Phil had 16 yrs and boatloads of talent and only "Cokered" one. The SEC was down with the exception of Fulmers dad..... Spurrier & the Gaytors.

Saban and the Tide are on a roll and they're doing it in the midst of the SEC winning 6 straight BCS titles. Bama has a harder division to play in than the Vols did in their prime.

Keep cherry picking stats from the past  and I'll keep counting BCS trophies. My hero is still relevant while yours is still collecting ransom money from the dolts who go watch Dooley ball @ Dollywood U. Keep living your Phil fantasies through wavy Chavy........How'd that work out for ya??????????
