That is seriously funny considering the Giants did win.

Joe Biden is the Democratic version of Michelle Bachmann. Just one silly gaffe after another.

Maybe we should be asking Uncle Joe investment advice?

No, you need to go to members of Congress for any "special" investment advice.

Uncle Joe and Cowboy Obama would tell you solar companies are the way to go.  Shocked

Yeah, and Uncle W believes tax cuts pay for themselves and the way to stimulate the economy is to give more of them to millionaires.

Hey FL, "Solyndra". Hurry up and "invest" in it before it really takes off!!!

I also hear there are some Canadian companies that are about to REALLY take off with something regarding a gas/oil pipeline deal with the Chinese. I hear there will lots of jobs too.

Good one.

I bet you believe that Freddie Mac actually paid Newt Gingrich to be a historian and not a lobbyist.  Historians are in such demand these days, especially ones who haven't actually taught history for over a decade. $1.6 million is definitely on par with what out of work history professors are earning.

WTH?

I thought we were talking about investments and investment advice? I certainly am not going to invest in Freddie Mac BTW. Can you still even do that? Is Barney Frank's lover still CEO? I bet he had some "insider info" though.  Shocked

Okay, fair point. I made the original topic more broader to include what gullible people will believe, be it investments or the lies politicians say.

I hear Eastman Kodak is a good buy.  Invest!

I'm sorry but you can't blame Obama for Kodak's demise. Kodak resisted offering digital cameras when they first appeared on the market. Their leaders were convinced digital would never replace film for quality photographs. By the time they realized digital cameras were not going away, and that film would go the way of the 8-track tape player; typewriter, Betamax video; or any other antiquated product, it was too late. The indecision to go digital goes back over a decade.

At one time Kodak owned more than 80% of the US market in film and cameras. Digital cameras and not reacting to the market on time bankrupted them.
